Lockdown lifted at Lone Star College Greenspoint campus
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Lone Star College has lifted a lockdown at their Greenspoint Center after reports of two armed men in the vicinity.
They said there were suspects walking along a feeder road in front of the campus located on the 200 block of North Sam Houston Pkwy.
The suspects are reportedly firing handguns.
The school tweeted out the alert Thursday evening, ordering students and staff to shelter in place, but later gave the all clear.
They emphasized the incident was not on campus.
