Liberty County deputy arrested on multiple charges, court docs show

HOUSTON - A Liberty County Sheriff’s Office deputy has been arrested on several charges, jail records show.
What we know:
According to jail records, Raymond Louis Winkler Jr., 58, was arrested on Friday.
He is facing the following charges:
- TAMPER W/GOVERN RCD LTC/SEAL DEFRAUD/HARM IAT
- MISUSE OF OFFICIAL INFORMATION
- 2 counts of POSS VISUAL MATERIAL DEPICT SEXUAL ASSAULT
- 5 counts of POSS/ACCESS CHILD PORNOGRAPHY SEX CONDUCT
Court documents identify the Huffman man as a Liberty County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
What we don't know:
FOX 26 has reached out to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office to confirm Winkler’s employment status.
