A League City man is facing charges following a three-month investigation that started in November 2024.

What we know:

League City Police Detectives arrested 34-year-old Taylor Hart of League City on Tuesday. 

According to authorities, League City authorities arrested Hart and charged him with two counts of possession of child pornography >=50 depictions or videos. 

Back in November 2024, the League City Police Department Criminal Investigations Division and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip which initiated a three-month long investigation on Hart. 

On Tuesday, authorities executed a search warrant on Hart's home in the 1100 block of West Main Street.

Officials said a search of the home found several electronic devices containing child pornography. 

Hart was taken into custody and taken to the League City Jail without incident. 

Total bond for Hart was set at $160,000.
