Inmate escapes custody from hospital in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas (FOX 26) - A man has escaped from Harris County Sheriff's Office custody while he was being treated at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center.
Ricky Rangel, 55, was last seen walking or running near the intersection of Research Forest Drive and Six Pines Drive. He was wearing a baseball cap, dark blue shirt and gray shorts. He stands at a height of 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.
