HPD investigators respond to shooting after warrant served in NW Houston

HOUSTON, TX - HPD investigators are now responding to a shooting in northwest Houston, near the 700 block of East 12 1/2 Street in which an outside agency serving warrant, shot the suspect. The shooting occurred at 10:55 a.m.
