Houston truck driver accused in deadly interstate crash appears in court

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The truck driver from Houston accused of causing a deadly pileup in Colorado had his first court appearance on Saturday. 

23-year-old Rogel Aguilera faces multiple vehicular homicide charges. He was driving his semi when he plowed into stopped vehicles, killing at least four people in a fiery crash.

His brother claims the brakes on the big rig failed.
