Houston SPCA launches animal emergency hotline
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Tuesday morning the Houston SPCA activated its Animal Emergency Response Hotline . A team of designated operators will be taking calls about hurricane related lost and found animals, rescue reports and questions related to the disaster.

The hotline will be staffed from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily and the call center will also accept after hours messages.
Appointments, adoptions and client services have been temporarily suspended to utilize resources in the community including rescues, investigations and care of adoptable animals.
