Harris Co. district attorney lets criminal back on streets: HPOU

The Houston Police Officer's Union says it's another case of the Harris County district attorney letting a criminal back on the streets with a sweetheart deal.

HPOU president Joe Gamaldi tweeted about one criminal, Clayton Brown, who was arrested for shooting two people last year, then while out on bond was arrested again for shooting a third person.

The DA dismissed two cases and gave him deferred jail time on the third, which he pleaded guilty to.
