FOX 26 General Manager presents check to The Carter Academy in NW Houston

HOUSTON - A Houston-area performing arts school is enjoying a boost in funding tonight.

21st Century Fox and the "Give A Note" Foundation teamed up to make a three-thousand dollar donation to The Carter Academy for Performing Arts.

Carter Academy in northwest Houston is one of nearly 90 schools nationwide to receive the award.
FOX 26 General Manager, D'Artagnan Bebel, presented the check.
