Firefighters pull man from house fire in southwest Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Firefighters saved a man from a raging house fire in southwest Houston.

Firefighters responded to the call around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning at a home on Indigo Street.

A neighbor alerted them when they arrived that the man was trapped inside the home.

Thankfully, they were able to rescue him from the flames.

He was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

A neighboring home also caught fire.

It's unclear how the flames started.
