Family of John Hernandez and panel speak about indictment

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - It's one step closer to justice for the family of the man brutally beaten to death outside of a restaurant.

On Thursday afternoon, Deputy Chuana Thompson and her husband Terry Thompson were both indicted by a grand jury for murder in the death of Johnny Hernandez. Thursday night they turned themselves in.
