Employees at NASA's Johnson Space Center protest government shutdown

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Employees at NASA's Johnson Space Center who have been out of work for more than three weeks because of the partial government shutdown are expected to protest today.

About 94 percent of the more than 3,000 federal employees at the Houston center haven't been able to work since the shutdown began on December 22.

The protest is set to take place at noon near the Johnson Space Center.
