East Houston spa shut down after sex shop discovery

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Harris County attorney's office has shut down another spa investigators say was really a sex shop.

The land owner of P-H Spa was sued by the county after the Houston Police Department raided the Clinton drive business several times.

Three women were arrested and charged with prostitution and human trafficking. 

But Assistant County Attorney Julie Countiss says they didn't want to go after just the business owner but the land owner.

She says that insures he will never allow a spa shop at the east Houston location again.

We tried to get a comment from the land owner's attorney but we have not heard back.

This is the 26th spa the county attorney has shut down in Harris County over the last two years.
