Dickinson won't let Hurricane Harvey stop the 'Festival of Lights'

Volunteers have been working for weeks to transform their city park into the Dickinson Festival of Lights, even though many of them are still working to repair their homes damaged by Harvey. FOX 26's Darlene Janik Faires shows they're determined not to let the storm stop them from holding a holiday tradition.
