HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences is asking for the public's help identifying a man who was found deceased in Sims Bayou.
The man, who is believed to be 50-70 years old, was found deceased in the 9800 block of Lawndale at Sims Bayou in Houston on December 29, 2017. Authorities believe the man is African American and 6'3" tall. The male was found wearing plaid boxer shorts that were red and a dark color, and gray and black socks.
HCIFS says the man has multiple face tattoo including crosses on the left and right cheeks, a cross and "Jesus Christ" in cursive on the right side of his neck, "God" on the right side of his forehead, a cross on the left side of his neck, and unknown words in cursive on the back of the right hand.
