Bayou City Buzz - Truffle Masters

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Truffle fries, truffle mac and cheese, truffle oil, truffle salt – what’s the big deal with truffles and have you gotten in on the truffle craze? Once you’ve tasted them, you are almost guaranteed to become a fan.

On Monday night, truffle fans from around the city gathered for The Truffle Masters 2018. Local award-winning chefs competed for the ultimate prize of Truffle Master. Proceeds from the event go to Casa de Esperanza.
