HOUSTON (FOX 26) - From 2007 until 2015, the FOX TV show "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" was a popular one, hosted by comedian Jeff Foxworthy. With the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness, better known as STAAR tests, coming up for students in Texas, reporter CoCo Dominguez learned if several adults were as smart as third grade or fifth grade students when she asked them some sample examination questions.
