All clear after suspicious package reported at postal facility

KATY, Texas (FOX 26) - Deputies have issued an all clear after responding to a report of a suspicious package in west Harris County.

Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies say they received a call around 3:49 p.m. Thursday that a "suspicious item" was spotted at a postal facility on S. Fry Rdd near Peak Rd. in Katy.

A bomb squad was called to the scene as a precaution.
