Investigators determined the men were in a black SUV driving eastbound on Washington Avenue after leaving a bar, where a physical fight happened.

As they drove on Washington Avenue, someone inside another vehicle began to shoot at their vehicle multiple times. That's when two of the three passengers in the SUV were hit.

The victims have been identified as Francisco Garza, 29, and Lewis Alvarado, 20.
