17-year-old arrested, charged with shooting of teen at Discovery Green

HOUSTON - Houston Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The shooting took place late at night on Saturday, Feb. 6.

Units responded to the 1500 block of Mckinney and found a 16-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the arm.

He was transported to a local hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
