Urban American Kitchen a Houston Restaurant Weeks Participant

Urban American Kitchen has participated in Houston Restaurant Weeks for three years. Owner/manager Dinorah Blasco and Chef Jose Garcia look forward to raising funds for the Houston Food Bank with best-selling dishes like Avocado Delights and Farmhouse Casserole.

Avocado Delights are made with Panko-encrusted avocados that have been stuffed with cheese and pico de gallo, then served with roasted garlic cilantro dipping sauce.
