Pho & Crab a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Pho & Crab is offering Flaming Beef Flambe as part of its Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner menu. Owner Andrew Tran shows Houston Restaurant Weeks founder/chair Cleverley Stone how to prepare the dish which contains beef tenderloin, onion, garlic and house magic sauce. 

From the Pho & Crab HRW three-course $25 dinner menu, the restaurant will donate $4 from each dinner sold to the Houston Food Bank which will generate 12 meals.
