Midtown Barbecue a Houston Restaurant Weeks participant

Midtown Barbecue is offering The Little Piggy sandwich as part of its Houston Restaurant Weeks lunch menu. Chef Eric Aldis and pitmaster Brett Jackson show Houston Restaurant Weeks founder/chair Cleverley Stone how to prepare the dish which contains pork loin, pulled pork, bacon, house slaw, a Hawaiian bun and fries.

From the Midtown Barbecue HRW two-course $20 lunch menu, the restaurant will donate $3 from each lunch sold to the Houston Food Bank which will generate 9 meals.
