As the lawsuits stemming from the deadly Astroworld music festival pour in, it's important to know what to look out for if you're considering taking legal action. News Edge legal analyst Charles Adams explains barratry, which occurs when a lawyer contacts someone offering their services. That is illegal and a violation of the Texas bar. Adams warns, even if someone reached out to you on the behalf of an attorney that is likely not the route you want to take. More than 30 lawsuits have been filed in Harris County by those who attended Astroworld Fest.
