The Oakland Raiders are going with rookie Connor Cook at quarterback in their wild-card game against the Texans.

"Brock Osweiler will be the starting quarterback," said Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien during a team news conference on Tuesday. O'Brien added that if quarterback Tom Savage clears concussion protocol, he will serve as the backup to Osweiler.
