HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Sources confirm Adam Schefter's report that the Texans will trade quarterback Brock Osweiler and the team's 2018 second round draft pick and sixth-round draft pick in 2017 to the Cleveland Browns in exchange for a 2017 4th round pick and in the process, save $16 million in cash and $10 million from the salary cap.
