Astros reach contract agreement with Tony Sipp

HOUSTON - MLB sources told FOX 26 Sports the Houston Astros reached a contract agreement with free agent reliever Tony Sipp.
Sipp’s deal will be finished once he successfully completes his physical.
Signed as a free agent by the Astros in 2014, Sipp became an important weapon in their bullpen.
In 2015, Sipp worked in 60 games and had 3-4 record with a 1.99 ERA, ranked second in the American League among left-handed relievers.
Sipp worked in six games during the 2015 playoffs and did not give up an earned run in 5.1 innings.
