Nearly two dozen Toxic Superfund Sites were inundated by Harvey – none more notorious and potentially deadly than the San Jacinto River Waste Pits. Friday EPA Chief Scott Pruitt inspected the Dioxin dump submerged  in the river and pledged a rapid and permanent solution that will leave the people of Houston feeling safe.
