Waterfront parks reopen after ITC fire

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Weeks after fire first consumed the ITC facility, waterfront parks in the area are finally reopening after concerns about the soil and water quality.

The parks now open include:

• Sylvan Beach
• Meadowbrook
• Rio Villa Nature Trail
• Clear Lake Park
• Bay Area Park

The parks that still remain closed are:

• Juan Seguin
• River Terrace
• Moncrief
