Tonight We Ride, LLC is recalling all lots of its Ultimate Forza Male Supplement capsules after testing found the products contained undeclared sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Dig deeper:
The recall affects the Ultimate Forza Multi-Capsule/Box, item No. 810208, UPC 868592000002, and the Ultimate Forza Single Pack, item No. 810222, UPC 868592000040. The products were sold at certain independently owned GNC franchise locations in the United States between 2017 and Oct. 1, 2026. They were not sold at GNC corporate stores.

Why you should care:
Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in the prescription erectile dysfunction drugs Viagra and Cialis. Both medications can interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, including nitroglycerin, and may cause blood pressure to fall to dangerously low levels.
People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease may be more likely to take nitrate medications, the FDA said.
The products also contain dapoxetine, an ingredient that has not been approved by the FDA. Dapoxetine belongs to a class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRIs. The FDA said its safety and effectiveness have not been established.
The recall was initiated after third-party testing conducted for GNC identified the undeclared ingredients. The affected products have been quarantined at franchise locations, and sales have been stopped.
No adverse events or complaints had been reported as of the recall announcement.

What you can do:
Consumers should stop using Ultimate Forza immediately. Unopened or partially used products may be returned to a GNC store for a full refund. Customers should bring a receipt or provide the phone number or email address linked to the loyalty account used for the purchase.
Consumers with questions may contact GNC customer service at 1-877-462-4700 or GNCRecalls@gnc-hq.com. Anyone who believes they experienced a problem after using the product should contact a health care provider and report the issue through the FDA’s MedWatch program.
