Traffic: Grand Parkway westbound lanes closed due to heavy truck crash

HOUSTON - Montgomery County officials are at the scene of a major crash on the Grand Parkway north of Houston.

According to Houston Transtar, all main lanes of State Highway 99 Lanier/Grand Parkway going westbound at San Jacinto River are closed at this time.

Reports say a heavy truck accident caused a hazmat spill. 

Drivers should avoid the area.
