Should the death penalty be an option to prosecute drug dealers? President Donald Trump suggested that since other nations use the harsh punishment, why not the U.S.? Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued guidelines to U.S. Attorneys and encouraged death for cases involving drug trafficking murders and cases where extremely large quantities of drugs are found.
