HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A man was shot in his east Houston driveway early Saturday morning, according to Houston Police.
According to a witness, the man was followed to a home near the corner of Lamar and Forest Hill Roads, after dining at a restaurant with his girlfriend.
The girlfriend told police that when she got out of the vehicle she heard several Hispanic males yelling at her boyfriend, demanding he surrender his wallet and other unspecified items.
Police say it's unclear whether he cooperated or not, because the men shot him.
The man's girlfriend called 911.
When emergency crews arrived on the scene, they transported the man to the hospital in critical condition. He later died.
Police are unsure if the killers took anything, and have not made any arrests.
