Lost 4-year-old boy in Fulshear returned to his family
FULSHEAR, Texas - Fulshear police have found the family of a lost 4-year-old boy.
Officers say he was lost on Liberty Heights and Blanco Ridge in the Cross Creek Ranch community.
Carter was safe with police, but officers were looking for his home.
Police would like to thank everyone for their help in finding Carter's family.
