Local teen's neck broken at Texas juvenile facility

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Fox 26 news has learned the parents of a 17-year-old say their son's neck was broken by security officers at a juvenile facility.

We've learned there is a criminal and administrative investigation underway, while this young man sits in the hospital four hours away from his parents here in Houston.
