Houston shooting: Man killed on Fairchild Street
HOUSTON - A 42-year-old man is dead after a shooting in a northeast Houston neighborhood on Wednesday.
A grand jury will decide if anyone will face charges.

The shooting was reported shortly after noon at a home on Fairchild Street, near North Loop East and Wayside Drive.
Police say the alleged shooter, 28, surrendered when officers arrived. First responders provided aid to another man who had been shot multiple times near the front door.
The wounded man was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
