Houston ISD school board votes to sue the Texas Education Agency over state's open records law

The TEA is investigating  possible open meeting violations by some Houston ISD trustees last year, when they engaged in private discussions that led to the abrupt removal of Interim Superintendent Grenita Lathan.

FOX 26 News will have more details as they become available.
