Houston ISD school board votes to sue the Texas Education Agency over state's open records law
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Houston Independent School District School Board has voted to sue the Texas Education Agency over the state's open records law.
The TEA is investigating possible open meeting violations by some Houston ISD trustees last year, when they engaged in private discussions that led to the abrupt removal of Interim Superintendent Grenita Lathan.
