Harris Co. puts out call for poll worker applicants

HARRIS COUNTY - Harris County is pushing for qualified voters to sign up to work on election day.

Judge Hidalgo putting out the call in response to a TIME article claiming the pandemic is causing a shortage of poll workers, as many regulars plan to sit out to avoid the risk of catching COVID-19.

Early voting in Texas begins October 13th.
