Funeral home displays wrong body at woman's wake

A grieving family is demanding answers after a funeral home placed a stranger in what was supposed to be their loved one's casket.

Saturday night, Norma Newman's family was supposed to be able to say their final goodbyes.

Instead, they realized there was a stranger in her casket.

When they told the funeral home that Newman had a mole on her face, they say employees claimed they'd covered it with makeup, then later acknowledged something was wrong.

A different family claims the funeral home may have had a mix-up, and Newman may have been buried in place of their loved one earlier this month.
