Driver located after motorcycle, debris found in roadway
The driver has been located after a motorcycle and debris were found in a roadway in east Harris County.
The sheriff's office said a motorcycle, debris, and helmet were found in a roadway at U.S. 90 and Sheldon Road, but the driver was unable to be located. Deputies searched a nearby pool of water.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez later said that the motorcycle driver had been found and had walked into an emergency room.
The sheriff's office says the motorcycle appears to have struck an animal.
