Deputy constable hits and kills pedestrian
HOUSTON, TX - HPD officials say that a deputy constable has struck and killed a pedestrian on Westheimer Road. The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 am. this morning on Westheimer near Shadow View Lane.
Police report that a woman was apparently walking across the road with an apparent crossing area, and at that point according to reports, the Precinct 5 then Deputy constable struck her.
