Chick-fil-A employee arrested, accused of taking upskirt photos

A Chick-fil-A employee has been arrested after he was accused of taking photos underneath the skirt of a customer at a restaurant in Milton, authorities confirmed Thursday.

Tyler Joshua Richins, 29, of Alpharetta faces a felony charge of use or installation of device to film underneath or through an individual’s clothing.

The incident happened the afternoon of April 9 at the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Windward Parkway in Milton, police said.

Another customer told a woman waiting for her food that he saw an employee take a phone and position it under her skirt.

The victim confronted the employee, who denied any wrongdoing.

Police investigated the incident, talked with witnesses and managers, and reviewed video before arresting Richins, who was fired.

Richins was released from the Fulton County Jail after posting bond, authorities said.
