Amazon to hire 250,000 workers during holidays

Amazon is planning to hire 250,000 employees during the holidays.

Weekly openings for full-time, part-time and seasonal positions are posted on the tech company’s from October through December.

How much do Amazon jobs pay?

By the numbers:

Amazon explains on its website that regular full- and part-time employees earn an average of $23 per hour with benefits, and seasonal employees can earn an average wage of over $19 per hour.

The company said it’s investing more resources for their fulfillment and transportation workers, raising the average total compensation to more than $30 per hour.
