4 dead, children hospitalized following head-on crash

4 adults have died, and 4 children have been sent to an area hospital after a head-on collision in Montgomery County.

The accident occurred on FM 3083. 

The children were transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital. 

Their conditions are unknown at this time.
