As a first year participant in Houston Restaurant Weeks, which benefits the Houston Food Bank, Main Course Cooking School is offering lessons. Guests can learn to prepare a different three-course dinner each night from Tuesday until Sunday throughout August and the first week of September. They can then dine on what they cooked. Main Course Cooking School will donate $7 from each guest's class fee to the Houston Food Bank. During a visit to FOX 26 Morning News, Chef Lawrence Fogarty demonstrates how to prepare ahi tuna, the first course in his Pacific Rim Fusion class offered on Saturday nights until Sept. 5.
