How to eat Yauatcha soup dumplings

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Hakkasan Group, known in the U.S. for its popular nightlife properties in Las Vegas, launched the Yauatcha concept in The Galleria in Houston on March 29, 2017. With sister restaurants in London, India, Saudi Arabia and Hawaii, this is the group's first restaurant within the continental United States.

Yauatcha serves Chinese dim sum and 60 different kinds of tea for lunch and dinner with service starting at 11 a.m. seven days a week. Chef Ho Chee Boon demonstrates to FOX 26 News food segment contributor Cleverley Stone the correct way to eat a soup dumpling. Restaurant spokesman Yannick Augy also shares details about the highly-anticipated entry of Yauatcha onto the Houston-area restaurant scene.
