During a visit to FOX 26 Morning News, Holley’s Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar pastry chef Johnny Wesley demonstrates how to prepare ginger-beet sauce with help from CBS Sports Radio 650 show host Cleverley Stone. The sauce is drizzled over the homemade cheesecake served at the restaurant. The process of making the sauce also allows the kitchen staff to prepare ginger-beet foam and beet chips.
