Fees waived at world's largest mobile pet adoption event in Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The world's largest mobile pet adoption event is in Houston today.

The North Shore Animal League America's 2019 Tour For Life is traveling to 51 cites in 31 states during March and April to help adoptable pets find loving forever homes. They are teaming up with Citizens for Animal Protection to bring the event to Houston on March 22.

The event at Citizens for Animal Protection (17555 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77094) runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Hundreds of dogs and cats are available for adoption. All adoption fees are waived for approved adopters.

The event will also feature an create-your-own-nametag station, a bake sale, and product giveaways.
