After dense morning fog, look for isolated showers today with highs reaching the low 80s. Scattered strong storms will be possible from late this evening through early Tuesday morning with a slight chance for hail and brief heavy rain. Slightly cooler, drier air will move in from Tuesday through early Thursday, but muggy air will be back late this week and this weekend.

Unfortunately, today will not be a repeat of yesterday. There'll be some showers to dodge mainly between 12- 5 p.m.. In general, this week looks predominantly cloudy, humid, and unsettled. Look for a few showers each day, although no individual day looks to be a total washout. Patchy fog may impact your commute on Monday morning, as well as a stormy start to Tuesday as our next cold front rolls through.

Sunday and Monday will see scattered showers with not much expected in the form of strong storms. A generally unsettled pattern will be in place most of the week with cloudy skies and some showers. Weather is looking warm and humid for Astros opening day on Thursday.
