Xtreme Spring Break at Children's Museum of Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Your family doesn't have to travel halfway across the world for your kids to have an "extreme" spring break this year.

The Children's Museum of Houston is offering kids action-packed activities during their "Xtreme Spring Break" from March 9 to March 17.

The museum will have five "Xtreme Zones" that families can explore. Kids can check out the human hamster balls, the bungee trampoline, the kids hall carnival, and go on spy missions. Some exhibits are only open on select days and times. Click here for more information.

The Xtreme Spring Break also offers different activities and live performances throughout the week including juggling, a magic show and a dog show.

The spring break event kicks off with the Xtreme Spring Break Block Party from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Ewing Street. Activities include an inflatable obstacle course, mini golf and DJ dance party. Click here for ticket information.
